Revival of Jungle Bagh in Sar-e Pul

Agriculture and Livestock Director of Sar-e Pul informs about revival and reconstruction of Jungle Bagh and says that through optional budget a two-story building has also been built in the garden which is ready for utilization.

Mohaiuddin Ayni, Agriculture and Livestock Director of Sar-e Pul said to Bayanshamal that Jungle Bagh is one of the most famous gardens across the neighboring provinces which was totally destroyed in four decades of war and after formation of new government in the past 15 years the garden has been revived with cultivation of more than 100 thousand productive and non-productive plants. He added that residents of the province and those of the neighboring provinces are currently using this garden as an amusement park.

Based on sayings of Mr. Ayni the garden is spread over 300 acres of land and besides having 100 thousand productive and non-productive plants, it has 4 plant producing rooms which distribute thousands of plants for people and government offices. 

He added a two-story building costing nearly 8 million AFN has also been constructed in the garden which has 8 rooms and other facilities.
